Is there a law regarding political advertising by a corporation towards its employees?

I have a feeling its ok to do this, but if anyone has proof otherwise, I’d like to know. Basically it involves a company posting a large poster meant to gather support for a ballot resolution that would greatly benefit the company. The poster is displayed in the employee break room.

there maybe a subtle form of discrimination towards the employees boundaries. why the break room. that is for social. if the poster stated it might benefit the company instead of would. it may lean towards it being ok or accepted. it may also be about company loyalty which cannot be that bad… the competion must be very fierce
