We don’t have a free market, capitalism doesn’t exist. A more accurate term may be state capitalism, where wealthy/private sectors benefit greatly from public subsidies. Seems like fascism, i know. And as far as democracy, that doesn’t exist even slightly. We have a constitutional republic. Representative democracy, which is an oxymoron.

No as in no choices?

Why don’t democrats want bar owners to choose whether to allow smoking?
Why don’t democrats want me to be able to decide not to have health insurance and have savings for emergencies instead?
Why don’t democrats let me choose what charities to donate to rather than supporting tax increases to steal my money?
Why don’t democratic voters want the market to determine minimum and now maximum pay?
Why don’t democrats listen to the majority of citizens who want a health reform do over because there are to many bad things in the current proposal?

Simple they are the party of non tolerance for the opposition and they are the party wanting to be a pone party system, in my opinion
